About
Hey friend, Thanks for stopping by!
My name is Rebekkah, but my friends call me Bekkah 😉.
I’m a military wife, homemaker, and Christian Health + Life Coach. I’m passionate about helping women find joy in the simple things through educational, encouraging, and inspiring articles, videos, and other digital content.
I love kitties, but don’t have any at the moment. I enjoy a homemade decaf latte in the morning and when the mood calls for it a hot cup of tea in the evening, despite the endless heat in Guam 🤣.Â
Baking and cooking are two things I’m passionate about doing for my family.

Why Dare to Thrive
Dare to Thrive has been a passion project of mine for 7 years.
Yes, that long. I’ve had this concept in my head and have tried several times to make it something real and tangible.
Although I no longer see those past attempts as failures, I’m super grateful to have experienced them because I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
My Mission
I started this blog to answer my calling to share the knowledge and experiences that I’ve gained so far. With Dare to Thrive, my goal is to educate, encourage, and inspire you.
Whether it be with health and wellness resources, Biblical education and Spiritual growth, or even healthy living that’s budget-friendly and actually accessible—I’ve made it my goal to bring quality information and helpful resources to anyone who’s willing to pay attention.

Some of My Credentials
Certified Master Trainer
This certification was awarded to me when I completed 5 ISSA certifications. To include the two I’ve listed here.
Certified Health Coach
The health coaching industry is not regulated so it’s easy for someone to say they are a health coach and start offering services. What makes me different is that my certification is from a reputable, research based association who has been in the health and fitness industry since 1988.
Certified Transformation Specialist
This certification helped me to learn the tools and skills that I needed to help both myself and others build healthy mindset habits that lead to lasting behavioral changes.
